This award-winning organisation is seeking a proactive Recruitment & HR Officer to join their People and Culture team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation’s people strategy, focusing on best practices in recruitment, talent management, and the employee life cycle. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys a blend of high-level coordination and hands-on administration within a supportive, values-driven environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Managing the full recruitment process, including drafting advertisements, posting openings, and facilitating communication with hiring managers
  • Employee Life Cycle: Overseeing administrative aspects of onboarding and offboarding, ensuring all employee records are compliant and accurate
  • Benefits Administration: Acting as a primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, including health insurance, parental leave, and wellness initiatives
  • Workplace Pathways: Coordinating student internship programs and maintaining relationships with educational institutions
  • HR Systems: Optimising the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintaining HR databases to support data-driven decision-making
  • Agency Management: Overseeing agency staff processes, including reference checks and smooth transitions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and a strong proficiency in using ATS platforms
  • Skilled in managing the employee life cycle (onboarding/offboarding) and maintaining confidential records
  • A solid understanding of HR best practices, current legislation, and HRIS systems
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels of an organisation
  • The ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail
  • A Degree or Diploma in HR, Business, or a related field, paired with 2–3 years of experience in a similar HR role
