Job Responsibility:
End-to-End Recruitment: Managing the full recruitment process, including drafting advertisements, posting openings, and facilitating communication with hiring managers
Employee Life Cycle: Overseeing administrative aspects of onboarding and offboarding, ensuring all employee records are compliant and accurate
Benefits Administration: Acting as a primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, including health insurance, parental leave, and wellness initiatives
Workplace Pathways: Coordinating student internship programs and maintaining relationships with educational institutions
HR Systems: Optimising the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintaining HR databases to support data-driven decision-making
Agency Management: Overseeing agency staff processes, including reference checks and smooth transitions
Requirements:
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and a strong proficiency in using ATS platforms
Skilled in managing the employee life cycle (onboarding/offboarding) and maintaining confidential records
A solid understanding of HR best practices, current legislation, and HRIS systems
Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels of an organisation
The ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail
A Degree or Diploma in HR, Business, or a related field, paired with 2–3 years of experience in a similar HR role
