We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Executive to join our dynamic HR team at Translation Empire. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent to meet the organisation's staffing needs. As a Recruitment Executive, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers or stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source, attract, and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Administer pre-employment assessments as needed and evaluate results
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates
  • Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand specific requirements for each role
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to foster effective communication

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Executive or similar role
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
