Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with hiring managers or stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Source, attract, and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Administer pre-employment assessments as needed and evaluate results
Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding
Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates
Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand specific requirements for each role
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to foster effective communication
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices
Provide insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as a Recruitment Executive or similar role
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving recruitment goals
High level of integrity and professionalism
Strong organizational and time-management skills
