As a Recruitment Executive you will be responsible for managing a large volume of incoming roles, take part in key hiring projects, and sourcing candidates. You will work in partnership with management teams, shaping the way we attract, recruit, and retain talent.
Job Responsibility
Source candidates utilising social media, job boards and networking
Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews
Schedule face-to-face interviews
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
Extend job offers to successful candidates
Maintaining and coordinating calendars
Answering recruitment queries
Requirements
Ability to organise, prioritise and manage workflow
