Job Description:

A critical member of the whole group, you will need to have director or similar level experience within agency recruitment and the ability to identify new opportunities, explore new markets, and have an influence on the future of the business.

Requirements:

Experience leading and managing a successful recruitment team
5+ years proven recruitment experience that can shape and attract top passive talent
Applicants should have a solid billing/placements history and role longevity
Recruitment experience in our markets/similar verticals desired- FinTech/Fund/Buy-Side Clients
Comprehensive market knowledge and strong commercial awareness
Demonstrable evidence of delivering a service based on integrity
