SRG is delighted to be recruiting a Delivery Manager to join our embedded Early Careers Recruitment Team supporting one of our key clients in the pharmaceutical sector. This is a rare opportunity to step into a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and people-focused role where you will help shape the early careers experience for hundreds of future professionals across the UK. Working as part of an established delivery team, you'll play a key role in coordinating and leading the recruitment and onboarding of Industrial Placement and Summer Internship talent across all UK sites. If you thrive in a structured, high volume, process-driven environment and love making an impact at scale, this role offers the perfect blend of responsibility, challenge and purpose.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of early years Industrial Placement and Summer Internship programmes
  • Manage workload across the team and ensure key deliverables are met throughout each recruitment cycle
  • Prioritise daily/weekly activities and monitor progress across all moving parts
  • Work closely with hiring managers to gather role requirements and ensure all roles are prepared ahead of go-live
  • Monitor candidate pipelines, identify gaps, and ensure a smooth and inclusive candidate journey
  • Support with interview weeks, scheduling, data tracking and high-volume communications
  • Lead a team of remote Recruitment Coordinators
  • Provide coaching, guidance and day-to-day support to ensure high-quality delivery and team wellbeing
  • Use Workday, Excel and ATS tools to track progress, maintain data accuracy and produce meaningful reports
  • Work confidently with large datasets, trackers and spreadsheets
  • Build trusted relationships
  • Uphold strong values around fairness, inclusion, and candidate experience, helping to maintain an unbiased recruitment approach

Requirements:

  • Process-driven with strong organisational skills
  • Experienced in recruitment, ideally with high-volume or multi-stage processes
  • Comfortable leading and supporting a team
  • Confident using Excel and working with large datasets
  • A strong communicator who can adapt quickly and think ahead
  • Positive, forward-thinking and proactive, someone who brings energy and initiative to their work
  • Open to using AI / tech tools to streamline tasks

Experience in Early Careers is beneficial but not essential
