SRG is delighted to be recruiting a Delivery Manager to join our embedded Early Careers Recruitment Team supporting one of our key clients in the pharmaceutical sector. This is a rare opportunity to step into a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and people-focused role where you will help shape the early careers experience for hundreds of future professionals across the UK. Working as part of an established delivery team, you'll play a key role in coordinating and leading the recruitment and onboarding of Industrial Placement and Summer Internship talent across all UK sites. Job Responsibility:
Oversee end-to-end delivery of early years Industrial Placement and Summer Internship programmes
Manage workload across the team and ensure key deliverables are met throughout each recruitment cycle
Prioritise daily/weekly activities and monitor progress across all moving parts
Work closely with hiring managers to gather role requirements and ensure all roles are prepared ahead of go-live
Monitor candidate pipelines, identify gaps, and ensure a smooth and inclusive candidate journey
Support with interview weeks, scheduling, data tracking and high-volume communications
Lead a team of remote Recruitment Coordinators
Provide coaching, guidance and day-to-day support to ensure high-quality delivery and team wellbeing
Use Workday, Excel and ATS tools to track progress, maintain data accuracy and produce meaningful reports
Work confidently with large datasets, trackers and spreadsheets
Build trusted relationships
Uphold strong values around fairness, inclusion, and candidate experience, helping to maintain an unbiased recruitment approach
Requirements:
Process-driven with strong organisational skills
Experienced in recruitment, ideally with high-volume or multi-stage processes
Comfortable leading and supporting a team
Confident using Excel and working with large datasets
A strong communicator who can adapt quickly and think ahead
Positive, forward-thinking and proactive, someone who brings energy and initiative to their work
Open to using AI / tech tools to streamline tasks
Nice to have:
Experience in Early Careers is beneficial but not essential
