Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Recruitment Delivery Manager to lead our staffing operations, specifically for contract-to-hire (C2H) positions with major accounts. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment delivery, fostering client relationships, and ensuring timely fulfillment of critical staffing needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned C2H client accounts in addition to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand client requirements thoroughly
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to C2H positions
  • Perform initial screenings, conduct reference checks, negotiate salary, relocation packages, and facilitate client interviews
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure timely closure of the position
  • Leverage multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source top talent
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding by leading and mentoring the team of recruiters to ensure high-quality delivery and performance
  • Set performance benchmarks, provide feedback, and conduct regular reviews to enhance team efficiency
  • Track and report key metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hires, and client satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with client-specific SLAs and internal KPIs
  • Address and resolve client escalations promptly and professionally
  • Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, general labour laws and emerging recruitment tools and technologies
  • Provide clients with insights to enhance their hiring strategies and processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Strong background in contract recruitment, staffing solutions, or HR consulting
  • Proficient in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools
  • Proven experience working with large IT accounts, specifically Infosys, Capgemini, or similar clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 8 to 12 Years experience
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end delivery at specific accounts such as Infosys, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, LTI Mindtree, Wipro
  • Proven experience on technologies like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and other niche technologies
