We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Recruitment Delivery Manager to lead our staffing operations, specifically for contract-to-hire (C2H) positions with major accounts. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment delivery, fostering client relationships, and ensuring timely fulfillment of critical staffing needs.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned C2H client accounts in addition to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand client requirements thoroughly
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to C2H positions
Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure timely closure of the position
Leverage multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source top talent
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding by leading and mentoring the team of recruiters to ensure high-quality delivery and performance
Set performance benchmarks, provide feedback, and conduct regular reviews to enhance team efficiency
Track and report key metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hires, and client satisfaction
Ensure compliance with client-specific SLAs and internal KPIs
Address and resolve client escalations promptly and professionally
Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, general labour laws and emerging recruitment tools and technologies
Provide clients with insights to enhance their hiring strategies and processes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Human Resources, Business, or related field
Strong background in contract recruitment, staffing solutions, or HR consulting
Proficient in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools
Proven experience working with large IT accounts, specifically Infosys, Capgemini, or similar clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8 to 12 Years experience
Proven experience in managing end-to-end delivery at specific accounts such as Infosys, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, LTI Mindtree, Wipro
Proven experience on technologies like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and other niche technologies
