We’re looking for a Recruitment Delivery Consultant based in South Africa to support our UK and European recruitment team. This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys research, candidate engagement, and running structured recruitment processes without full business development responsibility. You’ll work closely with senior consultants to deliver high-quality shortlists, manage candidate journeys, and ensure roles are filled efficiently and professionally.
Job Responsibility:
Candidate Sourcing & Research: Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal CRM, and market mapping
Build targeted talent pools aligned to role requirements and client expectations
Conduct market and competitor research to support delivery strategies
Candidate Management: Screen candidates against role requirements (skills, availability, rate/salary, location, compliance)
Manage candidate communication throughout the process
Prepare candidates for interviews and gather structured feedback
Shortlisting & Delivery: Produce high-quality, well-qualified shortlists within agreed timelines
Maintain strong attention to detail on CVs, profiles, and submissions
Support consultants with interview coordination and offer processes
Process & Systems: Maintain accurate records in the CRM (Vincere or similar)
Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal recruitment processes
Support contractor onboarding steps where required (right to work, references, etc.)
Requirements:
1–4 years’ experience in recruitment delivery, resourcing, or talent sourcing
Experience recruiting for tech, digital, or professional services roles
Strong LinkedIn sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Comfortable working UK hours in a remote environment
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Nice to have:
Experience supporting UK or European recruitment markets
Exposure to contract recruitment or fast-paced delivery environments
Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems (Vincere a plus)
