Job Description:

We’re looking for a Recruitment Delivery Consultant based in South Africa to support our UK and European recruitment team. This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys research, candidate engagement, and running structured recruitment processes without full business development responsibility. You’ll work closely with senior consultants to deliver high-quality shortlists, manage candidate journeys, and ensure roles are filled efficiently and professionally.

Job Responsibility:

  • Candidate Sourcing & Research: Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal CRM, and market mapping
  • Build targeted talent pools aligned to role requirements and client expectations
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support delivery strategies
  • Candidate Management: Screen candidates against role requirements (skills, availability, rate/salary, location, compliance)
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the process
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and gather structured feedback
  • Shortlisting & Delivery: Produce high-quality, well-qualified shortlists within agreed timelines
  • Maintain strong attention to detail on CVs, profiles, and submissions
  • Support consultants with interview coordination and offer processes
  • Process & Systems: Maintain accurate records in the CRM (Vincere or similar)
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal recruitment processes
  • Support contractor onboarding steps where required (right to work, references, etc.)

Requirements:

  • 1–4 years’ experience in recruitment delivery, resourcing, or talent sourcing
  • Experience recruiting for tech, digital, or professional services roles
  • Strong LinkedIn sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Comfortable working UK hours in a remote environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting UK or European recruitment markets
  • Exposure to contract recruitment or fast-paced delivery environments
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems (Vincere a plus)
