Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Source, attract, and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Administer pre-employment assessments as needed and evaluate results
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain clear communication
Manage job postings on multiple platforms and track applications
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate candidate records
Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best recruitment practices
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Assist in offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a Recruitment Coordinator, Recruitment Executive, or a similar role
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving recruitment goals
High level of integrity and professionalism
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Adaptability and flexibility in response to changing priorities
