Requirements

  • 2+ years of pure recruitment coordinator experience within a high-volume, and a fast paced corporate environment
  • Workday experience (open)
  • Experience working with senior leaders
  • Strong organizational, time management and process management skills necessary to maintain high volume workload
  • as well as keen attention to detail (accuracy)
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • analytical and numeric reasoning skills
  • Collaboration, work under pressure, quick to adapt
