We are searching for a Recruitment Coordinator to coordinate the interview scheduling part of the selection process for our new client.
Job Responsibility:
Incoming profile change inquiries (Hiring Manager, Cost Center, Extension change)
Onboarding pre-employment task
Onboarding in SAP Fieldglass
Work Order creation, revision, and closure
Integration error management
Miscellaneous invoices
Vendor Data Change Management
Arranging/scheduling interviews and assessments between hiring managers and the candidates.
Travel arrangements - if the candidate sits in another location and needs to travel to have an interview. (Bus, train, flight ticket..etc.)
Travel cost reimbursement - sharing the cost/receipts with the accounting department. It is needed when the candidate travels to another location and has some spendings like taxi, bus, food…etc.
Sending out the candidate and hiring manager surveys
Having a good, fast, and high quality level of communication with the candidates and hiring managers.
Helping and sometimes guiding managers to manage their time/schedule for the interviews.
Working together with the team, recruiters, and hiring managers
Requirements:
Fluency in both in German and English (both spoken and written)
Experience in HR or/and recruitment and hospitality field would be a plus
Experience of the German market or/and DACH region is a big plus
Confident and comfortable to handle last minute cases
Flexible and motivated/ambitious to learn new things
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact effectively with candidates, clients, and team members.
A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
