The Recruitment Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team and various hiring executives/hiring teams with general administrative and operational functions, as well as special projects.
Job Responsibility:
Scheduling candidate interviews with various interview teams/panels across multiple locations and time zones
Provide general recruiter assistance as needed
General data management and reporting: tracking interview schedule and results
Assist recruiters in candidate communications
Manage confidential information with discretion
Provide “Wow” service to internal hiring partners and facilitate an excellent candidate experience in the recruitment process
Requirements:
University degree or equivalent years of experience
Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
Ability to interact with a range of personalities and styles cross-functionally, and establish effective relationships at all levels of the organization
Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures and grasp new concepts
Ability to manage competing demands, while remaining adaptable and flexible
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times, both internally and externally
Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a desire to contribute
Ability to focus on desired results, determining what is important and urgent, clarifying next steps, effectively meeting deadlines, and achieving desired results
Experience supporting HR/Recruiting teams is preferred
