Job Responsibility

  • Own recruitment administration for high-volume hiring
  • Use Workday to post roles, manage applications, and guide candidates through each stage
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews seamlessly with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data at all times
  • Provide support to the recruitment team and hiring managers on queries and processes
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-critical roles
  • Engage with applicants to ensure a positive experience and address their queries
  • Participate in recruitment events and career fairs when required
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated and ensure data accuracy
  • Handle recruitment invoicing efficiently

Requirements

  • Background in a recruitment environment
  • Experience using Workday is highly desirable
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Professional communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders
  • A structured and process-driven approach to work
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
