Cranswick is a leading UK food producer with revenue of over £2.6 billion. We produce and supply premium food to high profile UK grocery retailers, the food service sector, and other UK and global customers. We are currently seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to be based at our Preston site, the primary and largest pork facility in the Hull and East Riding area. This role will support our current Recruitment Coordinator and Recruitment Lead with day-to-day recruitment activities.
Job Responsibility
Shortlisting candidates & arranging interviews
Supporting inductions & new starter onboarding
Preparing contracts and recruitment paperwork
Completing right to work checks
Managing recruitment inboxes & candidate feedback
Supporting careers events & engagement activities
Requirements
Previous admin/office experience
Strong IT skills (competent use of Microsoft Office, Excel)
Excellent communication & organisational skills
Full UK driving licence
Comfortable working onsite full-time and within a fast-paced environment
