We’re now looking for a talented and highly organised Recruitment Coordinator to join and play a vital role in supporting our business. Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for delivery and management of non manager / kitchen porters, supervisors and cooks
  • Coordinating recruitment and support screening of chefs / cooks
  • Assisting end-to-end recruitment
  • Advise hiring managers on talent attraction and recruitment process
  • Collaborate with wider recruitment team on learnings
  • Manage Recruitment Inbox/ respond to recruitment queries
  • Develop initiatives for employer brand & recruitment strategy
  • Prepare weekly live vacancy updates and monthly recruitment KPI reports
  • Advertise opportunities via ATS system (Talos)
  • Manage advertising response and ensure all candidates are contacted

  • Expert in high volume recruitment administration
  • Proactive, self-starter who uses initiative to think outside of the box
  • Passionate about delivering candidate experience
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent timekeeping and organisational skills
  • Able to manage and prioritise own workload
