Job Description:

Are you a high-energy HR professional with a passion for shaping the careers of the next generation? We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator II to join our Early Talent acquisition team. This role is a unique blend of strategic talent attraction and high-volume operational support, focused on identifying and selecting top-tier campus talent across Canada. This is a 9-month contract with strong potential for extension or permanent conversion. Based in the heart of downtown Toronto at the prestigious TD Centre, you will work in a hybrid capacity within a collaborative team of nine. In this role, you will manage all aspects of Early Talent acquisition for your designated business line. You will balance your time (50/50) between technical back-office coordination—managing applicant tracking systems and drafting offer letters—and active candidate engagement through interviews and event execution. You will partner with Program Managers and University Relations experts to build talent pipelines and execute a consistent campus branding strategy nationwide.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage all stages of the recruiting pipeline, from initial screening to leveraging HR technologies for tracking and data collection
  • Handle high-volume interview scheduling for new graduates and complete administrative tasks such as drafting offer letters
  • Assess candidates via interviews and screenings, ensuring a high-quality 'Gold Standard' match for business needs
  • Manage the internal referral process and ensure all candidate data is meticulously captured in the ATS
  • Plan, manage, and execute events and large-scale conferences both on and off-campus
  • Deliver presentations and manage social media deliverables to proactively attract top talent from campuses across Canada
  • Partner with Program Managers and University Relations to build talent pipelines based on current and anticipated needs
  • Provide project management support for recruitment initiatives and process improvements
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment lifecycle

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in talent attraction or recruitment, specifically within Campus or Early Talent recruitment
  • Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or Business
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong understanding of HR Management Practices
  • Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in the Financial Services industry is a significant asset
  • Experience with Workday
  • HR designation (e.g., CHRP/CHRL)
  • Proven ability to effectively sell and market positions within a large corporate matrix
What we offer:
  • Gain experience working within a premier global financial institution
  • Comprehensive 3-month training period to ensure your success
  • Significant opportunity for contract extension or transition into a permanent role
  • Work within a collaborative, 9-person team culture focused on innovation and impact
