Job Responsibility
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for education-based roles
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively
Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions
Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methods
Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions
Demonstrate a high level of motivation and take ownership of your desk, treating it as your own mini business
Showcase your drive to succeed and build a thriving career within the education recruitment sector
Requirements
Ideally a Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant with 1+ years of experience in Recruitment
Someone who has a track-record in client engagement and retention
The ability to drive new business development and demonstrate sales ability
Proactivity in candidate attraction and management and the ability to implement effective strategies to ensure that we are registering the highest-quality candidates

Full Driving License
What we offer
Uncapped commission in addition to base salary
07:30 – 17:30 (Term Time) with reduced hours during the school holidays
An additional days’ leave (in addition to your annual leave entitlement) on your Birthday & Christmas Eve
