Monarch Education Recruitment are a leading Education Recruitment provider specialising in temporary staffing for Primary, Secondary and Special Educational Needs schools. As part of the Affinity Workforce Solutions Group, Monarch education has an exciting opportunity to add to our high-performing team, specialising in Primary Education Recruitment. We are therefore seeking a Recruiter to join us on this exciting journey to continue in our delivery of first-class recruitment solutions to schools in the local and surrounding areas. You will join a hugely successful and award-winning Team in Bristol, who have a great market-presence and reputation. You will join a team where there is lots of 'warm business', a genuinely warm and lucrative desk and the ability to develop and progress with clearly defined career pathways. We are therefore seeking an ambitious, and pro-active individual to further increase our market-share and to continue our first-class delivery of specialist Educators and Support Staff to support schools across Bristol, Gloucestershire and surrounding areas. This is a hugely exciting opportunity for an ambitious; results-driven and customer-focused individual to join our expanding team!

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for education-based roles
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively
  • Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions
  • Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methods
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions
  • Demonstrate a high level of motivation and take ownership of your desk, treating it as your own mini business
  • Showcase your drive to succeed and build a thriving career within the education recruitment sector

Requirements

  • Ideally a Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant with 1+ years of experience in Recruitment
  • Someone who has a track-record in client engagement and retention
  • The ability to drive new business development and demonstrate sales ability
  • Proactivity in candidate attraction and management and the ability to implement effective strategies to ensure that we are registering the highest-quality candidates
  • Target driven

  • Excellent customer service skills and experience
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communicator
  • Full Driving License
