Job Responsibility:

Building relationships with clients and hiring managers
Head-hunting & networking with high-calibre Tech, Digital and AI professionals
Driving new business through strategic business development efforts
Consulting & negotiating with both clients and candidates throughout hiring process
Managing end-to-end recruitment and securing high-value placements

Requirements:

2:1 degree or above (any discipline)
Strong work ethic, resilience, and drive to succeed
Competitive, ambitious, and results-driven
Confident, articulate, and personable – a natural communicator

Nice to have:

Experience in B2B sales or a sporting background is a plus
