We are on an exciting journey of expansion, and to do this we need experienced recruitment consultants, to join us to deliver success and help place suitable candidates into their dream dental role. In this role, you will play a key part in connecting top dental professionals with their dream jobs. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent vacancies across all areas of dentistry, including: Dental Nurses, Treatment Co-ordinators, Dental Receptionists, Practice Managers, Hygienists and Dentists.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively sourcing qualified candidates through social media, Indeed, and our internal talent pool
Developing strong relationships with dental practices to understand their needs
Assessing candidates' skills and experience to ensure a perfect fit for each role
Crafting compelling job descriptions and managing advertisements on Indeed and social media
Arranging and following up on interviews with both candidates and practice managers
Assisting with successful placements and candidate onboarding
Requirements:
Proven experience in 360 recruitment (dental experience a plus, but not essential)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
A self-motivated and target-driven individual with a "can-do" attitude
Proficiency in using social media platforms such as LinkedIn and recruitment software (e.g., Indeed)
Knowledge of Dental industry requirements would be beneficial
Able to manage own resources and time effectively to make an impact in your role
Flexible and willing to work on multiple vacancies simultaneously
