Job Description:

We are now looking for 2x Graduates to join us as Recruitment Consultants in our Sustainable Futures Leeds Division in 2026!

Job Responsibility:

Working as a 360 recruitment Consultant, it will be a mixture of Business Development (Sales) and Candidate Recruitment - You will be in charge of your own desk: Finding Candidates, Interviewing Candidates, Taking Job briefs, generating leads and pitching to new clients, and fulfilling their recruitment needs.
Build key relationships within the industry with Candidates and Clients

Requirements:

Highly motivated, Entrepreneurial people who are financially driven
Experience working in Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales and customer-facing roles
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills – the ability to confidently speak with different types of people
You enjoy working in a results-oriented and targeted environment.
You love to take ownership of your learning and develop your career.
A Graduate with at least a 2:2 degree in any discipline
