Job Responsibility:

Networking with tech professionals to grow your market knowledge
Selling recruitment solutions and services to clients
Identifying, attracting, and engaging with high-level tech talent
Interviewing candidates to understand their skills and ambitions
Providing advice on CVs, interviews, and market trends
Working as part of a high-performing team, supporting and motivating one another
Prospecting for new business with hiring managers
Building and maintaining long-term client partnerships
Selling tailored recruitment solutions to meet client needs

Requirements:

Previous experience in B2B sales or recruitment
Confidence in building relationships over the phone, email, and face-to-face
Resilience, determination, and a competitive mindset
A strong work ethic and the drive to exceed expectations
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Motivated to grow your own desk within the IT recruitment market
