Our team in Singapore is growing and looking for an entry-level Recruitment Consultant to join our Selby Jennings and LVI Associate brands. You will develop your network, maintain and nurture relationships, and establish yourself as an expert in your market by doing these core recruitment functions.
Job Responsibility:
Business Development: Engage with potential and existing clients to build relationships, identify hiring needs, and secure new business opportunities
Negotiate service agreements and keep clients informed throughout the recruitment process to ensure effective collaboration
Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage top mid-to-senior and executive level candidates within your specialist niche through headhunting, cold calling, networking and messaging
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both active and passive talent to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates
Process Management: Manage the recruitment process by introducing candidates to clients, coordinating interviews, exchanging feedback, and negotiating offers
Provide post-placement support by maintaining contact with placed candidates to ensure long-term success.

Genuine drive to build a sales career-especially in phone-based roles-matched by curiosity, ambition, and readiness to thrive in a fast-moving, challenging environment
Demonstrates confident, adaptable, and succinct verbal communication tailored to clients and candidates
Demonstrates consistently reliable behaviours, including preparedness, follow-through, and respect for others, alongside professional phone etiquette-such as promptness, clarity, and appropriate greetings-and exhibits self-awareness and mature communication even under pressure
A strong work ethic, demonstrated through academic studies, internships, part-time jobs, or early career positions, is essential. Candidates should show clear evidence of commitment, initiative, or progression in their previous endeavours
Applicants are expected to hold a university degree or possess relevant work experience, typically amounting to two years in a sales environment.
