Job Description:

Hunter Bond are a global recruitment firm specialising in the finance, technology & change sectors in Europe, North America & Asia. We are on the hunt for an seasoned and successful 360 Recruiter to join our London team. We are partnered and have very well established relationships with the globe's top 1% of firms i.e., quant/hedge funds, investment banks, software development firms, prop/systematic/diversified trading firms, and award-winning start-ups!

Requirements:

Proven end-to-end (360) recruitment experience that can shape and attract top passive clients and talent (within the private sector)
Proven track record in business development and account management
Strong networking abilities to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
Demonstrable evidence of delivering a service based on integrity
Finance or similar vertical industry experience ideal but not mandatory
Personality!
