Job Responsibility
Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development through to placement
Building and growing relationships with schools, academy trusts, and education leaders
Winning new business and expanding your client portfolio
Proactively sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-calibre teaching and support staff
Maximising opportunities within existing accounts while securing new partnerships
Delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates to drive repeat business and referrals
Conducting face-to-face meetings, school visits, and virtual consultations
Requirements
At least 12 months' experience in recruitment or a business development/sales role
A proven track record of building relationships and generating revenue
Strong business development and account management skills
Confidence in winning new clients and expanding existing accounts
A target-driven, resilient, and competitive mindset
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
The ambition to build a long-term career with a respected and established brand
A full UK driving licence
