Job Description:

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a 10-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Business Manager, you'll take ownership of your desk, develop new and existing client relationships, and match high-quality candidates to exciting opportunities. You'll operate with a consultative mindset, delivering exceptional service while driving results, with incredible earning potential and outstanding support. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where no two days are the same. You'll act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, using your market knowledge to deliver smart, effective recruitment solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Act as an ambassador for the business, delivering outstanding service to candidates and clients
Develop and grow your recruitment desk, analysing, monitoring, and delivering against KPIs
Track market trends and translate insights into a clear market plan for your desk
Meet clients face-to-face to identify opportunities and fully qualify role requirements
Implement creative and effective marketing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates
Source, engage, and manage candidates, coaching them through the recruitment process
Maintain accurate candidate and client records on the Connect portal
Ensure compliance with all legislation and company standards
Collaborate with the wider team and actively contribute to a positive, high-performance culture
