Job Description:

Our Specsavers Recruitment Services (SRS) team in Port Melbourne is looking for a Recruitment Consultant who thrives in a fast paced, high volume environment. Reporting directly to the SRS Permanent Recruitment Team Leader, you’ll become part of a collaborative group that works closely with our Store Partners across Australia to deliver high-quality, fast-paced recruitment across both optical and retail roles.

Job Responsibility:

Develop effective resourcing strategies, from sourcing, selection and assessment
Contribute to store retention initiatives and broader resource planning tailored to each region
Build strong relationships with Store Partners and hiring managers, as well as with candidates
Identify opportunities to provide additional permanent recruitment solutions
Ensure best practice processes are consistently applied

Requirements:

Demonstrated end to end recruitment experience within a candidate short market and high-volume portfolio
Demonstrated experience implementing proactive talent strategies to recruit for niche / hard to fill roles
Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
A high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to build strategic working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
A can-do attitude with a passion for continuous improvement
