Recruitment Consultant

• Candidate management: sourcing, engaging, reviewing CVs, and matching talent to roles
• Supporting client accounts and contributing to client relationships
• Learning the skills and processes needed to take on full 360 responsibilities

• Experience in candidate management or 180 recruitment, or some early recruitment exposure
• Organised, methodical, and confident in working with candidates and clients
• Enjoy using systems and processes to manage workflows efficiently
• Motivated to learn, take ownership of tasks, and develop into a sales focused 360 role
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of, or an interest in, civils, infrastructure, transportation, or engineering
