Job Responsibility:
Candidate management: sourcing, engaging, reviewing CVs, and matching talent to roles
Supporting client accounts and contributing to client relationships
Learning the skills and processes needed to take on full 360 responsibilities
Requirements:
Experience in candidate management or 180 recruitment, or some early recruitment exposure
Organised, methodical, and confident in working with candidates and clients
Enjoy using systems and processes to manage workflows efficiently
Motivated to learn, take ownership of tasks, and develop into a sales focused 360 role
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have:
Knowledge of, or an interest in, civils, infrastructure, transportation, or engineering
