The Recruitment Consultant will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, screening and placing care professionals including Support Workers, Team Leaders, and Registered Managers. You will play a key role in ensuring safe, compliant, and values-led recruitment.
Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle recruitment across designated service areas
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
Advertise vacancies, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews and offers
Ensure all candidates receive a timely and professional experience
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
Support pre-employment checks and transition to onboarding
