Job Description:

Our US division is expanding! We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to focus on deep tech roles in North America. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a growing market and play a key part in our international strategy.

Job Responsibility:

Developing a strong client base across semiconductors, software, AI, quantum and photonics in the US
Building a network of specialist candidates across the States
Running the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent or contract hires
Helping grow IC Resources’ brand presence in North America

Requirements:

Recruitment or sales experience (ideally in technology)
Driven, proactive and able to work autonomously
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
Interest in working across cutting-edge deep tech industries
