Requirements

Sales experience or resourcing experience in recruitment
Experience in recruitment as a 360-recruitment consultant is desirable but not essential
Strong communication and relationship building skills to attract candidates and clients
A bubbly and confident individual who is a target driven and goal orientated
Knowledge of the SEN sector is preferable but not essential
Full Driving License

Job Responsibility

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for SEN education-based roles
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing warm clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively
Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions
Identify and attract high-quality candidates for SEN education positions through various sourcing methods
Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions
