Recruitment Consultant

• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Source talent using various methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ fit for specific roles
• Coordinate and support the interview process between clients and candidates
• Manage offer negotiations and oversee the placement process to ensure a smooth experience for all parties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to drive business growth and long-term success
• Initiate a range of sales and marketing activities, in accordance with the client and candidate development plan, to attract business
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a good understanding of their current and future priorities, and identify new leads

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in sales/business development is a plus
• Driven, ambitious, and proactive character
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
