Job Description:

As a Recruitment Consultant at Phaidon International, you play a pivotal role in identifying and securing top-tier candidates for clients across specialized industries. By leveraging market insights and a consultative approach, you help drive business growth and strengthen client partnerships, contributing directly to the firm's global reputation for delivering high-impact talent solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Build your Client Base: proactively reach out to companies to pitch your services and represent the business
Find Top Talent: Source mid to senior-level candidates and become a subject matter expert in your recruitment market
Own the Process: Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and ensure a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and clients
