Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent
  • Screen candidates through interviews and assessments to evaluate their suitability for specific roles
  • Facilitate interviews between candidates and clients, providing guidance and support throughout the process
  • Negotiate offers and manage the placement process to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to drive business growth and foster long-term partnerships

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required
  • fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Alternatively, candidates with sales experience are encouraged to apply
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
