IN2 Consult is a specialist executive search firm partnering with the UK's top 20 accountancy firms on Partner-level appointments across Tax and Audit. We are growing our Reading team and looking for a 180 Recruitment Consultant to play a pivotal role in delivering on retained and exclusive mandates.
Job Responsibility
Sourcing, engaging, and qualifying senior professionals across the Tax and Audit space
Mapping senior talent across the top 20 UK accountancy firms
Headhunting Directors, Senior Managers, and Partner-level professionals
Building long-term relationships with passive candidates
Conducting in-depth qualification calls and briefing candidates on confidential opportunities
Maintaining a live talent pipeline across Tax and Audit disciplines
Producing market intelligence and shortlists for client-facing colleagues
Requirements
Recruitment experience (agency, in-house, or executive search) — ideally within professional services, finance, or accountancy
A genuine interest in research-led, relationship-driven recruitment over high-volume transactional work
Strong written and verbal communication — you'll be representing IN2 to senior professionals
Curiosity, resilience, and the patience to play the long game on senior searches
Comfortable working independently within a collaborative team
Experience in Tax or Audit recruitment is a strong plus but not essential — we'll invest in the right person
