Job Responsibility
Winning New Business: identifying, targeting, and securing new clients across the Further Education market
Building a strong pipeline of opportunities through proactive business development
Growing your desk and increasing market share through strategic sales activity
Developing long-term partnerships that generate repeat business and referrals
Managing and Growing Client Accounts: building trusted relationships with colleges, training providers, and educational organisations
Understanding client hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
Providing market insights and becoming a true recruitment partner
Expanding existing accounts and uncovering new opportunities
Sourcing and Placing Top Talent: attracting, interviewing, and engaging high-quality candidates
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial conversation through to placement

Negotiating offers and successfully closing placements

Requirements
