Job Description

Recruitment Consultant – Further Education at The Protocol Group in Nottingham City Centre. As one of the UK’s leading education recruitment specialists and part of the Affinity Workforce Solutions Group, the company connects exceptional talent with opportunities across Further Education, Higher Education, Skills, and Training environments nationwide. The role involves running your own desk, developing new client relationships, growing existing accounts, sourcing talent, and driving revenue.

Job Responsibility

  • Winning New Business: identifying, targeting, and securing new clients across the Further Education market
  • Building a strong pipeline of opportunities through proactive business development
  • Growing your desk and increasing market share through strategic sales activity
  • Developing long-term partnerships that generate repeat business and referrals
  • Managing and Growing Client Accounts: building trusted relationships with colleges, training providers, and educational organisations
  • Understanding client hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
  • Providing market insights and becoming a true recruitment partner
  • Expanding existing accounts and uncovering new opportunities
  • Sourcing and Placing Top Talent: attracting, interviewing, and engaging high-quality candidates
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial conversation through to placement

Requirements
