Job Responsibility
Business Development
Build relationships with hiring managers and business leaders across Fortune 500 companies and fast-growing startups
Negotiate agreements, understand talent needs, and become a trusted go-to partner
Candidate Engagement
Headhunt and engage mid-to-senior and executive-level talent within your assigned niche, including building relationships with both active and passive candidates
Use cold calling, messaging, and networking to build rapport, gather market insights, and maintain a strong, specialized candidate pipeline
End to End Process Management
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial introductions and interviews through offer negotiation and post-placement support
Act as the trusted partner for both clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and successful hiring process
Embrace Technology and Data
Leverage best-in-class tools and data to indentify opportunities, track market trends, and optimize your outreacg
Combine technology with expertise and relationships to deliver results
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
