Our team in Los Angeles is growing and looking for an entry level Recruitment Consultant to join our Financial Services, Energy & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, and Supply Chain brands. You will develop your network, maintain and nurture relationships, and establish yourself as an expert in your market.
Job Responsibility:
Business Development: Engage with potential and existing clients to build relationships, identify hiring needs, and secure new business opportunities
Negotiate service agreements and keep clients informed throughout the recruitment process
Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage top mid-to-senior and executive level candidates within your specialist niche through headhunting, cold calling, networking and messaging
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both active and passive talent
Process Management: Manage the recruitment process by introducing candidates to clients, coordinating interviews, exchanging feedback, and negotiating offers
Provide post-placement support by maintaining contact with placed candidates
Requirements:
Genuine drive to build a sales career - especially in phone-based roles
Demonstrates confident, adaptable, and succinct verbal communication tailored to clients and candidates
Demonstrates consistently reliable behaviours, including preparedness, follow-through, and respect for others
Professional phone etiquette - such as promptness, clarity, and appropriate greetings
Exhibits self-awareness and mature communication even under pressure
A strong work ethic, demonstrated through academic studies, internships, part-time jobs, or early career positions
Candidates should show clear evidence of commitment, initiative, or progression in their previous endeavours
Applicants are expected to hold a bachelor's degree or possess relevant work experience, typically amounting to two years in a sales environment
