Job Responsibility:
Develop your own desk, focused on senior, technical and professional roles
Build a new client base through market mapping and outreach (supported by marketing exec)
Winning and nurturing long-term client partnerships
Driving the entire recruitment process while proactively uncovering new leads and maintaining strong market insight
Effective headhunting projects
Managing your own pipeline and activity
Contributing to shared team targets and business growth
Requirements:
Proven experience as a 360 recruiter (perm) or working in a sales role within textiles or engineering and interested in a recruitment career
Knowledge of textiles, manufacturing or engineering sectors is a huge plus
Confident building new business on a cold desk
Strong headhunting skills
Passionate about building and nurturing your own client base
Ambitious and target driven, both personally and professionally
A supportive and collaborative mindset
A good sense of humour, down-to-earth and positive energy
Love recruitment/sales and take pride in doing it extremely well
Nice to have:
