Job Responsibility:
Client Development: Build and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders, negotiate agreements, understand talent needs
Candidate Engagement: Identify and headhunt top mid-to-senior and executive-level professionals, build a pipeline of exceptional talent
End-to-End Process Management: Own the full recruitment cycle from introductions and interviews to offer negotiation and post-placement support
Embrace Technology and Data: Use technology to identify opportunities, track market trends, and sharpen outreach
Requirements:
