Job Responsibility:

Proactively sourcing potential candidates through various channels
Conducting in-depth interviews and assessments to determine suitability
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs

Providing consultative advice to clients on market trends and talent acquisition strategies

Requirements:
