Job Responsibility

  • Build your Client Base: proactively reach out to companies to pitch your services and represent the business
  • Find Top Talent: Source mid to senior-level candidates and become a subject matter expert in your recruitment market
  • Own the Process: Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and ensure a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and clients
