Job Description

Recruitment Consultant – Monarch Education – Nottingham – SEN Education desk – Up to £32,000. Monarch Education are a leading Education Recruitment provider specialising in temporary staffing for Primary, Secondary and Special Educational Needs schools. We are looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our SEN team in Nottingham, to work within our new office in central Nottingham. Job Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for SEN education-based roles
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing warm clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively
  • Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions
  • Identify and attract high-quality candidates for SEN education positions through various sourcing methods
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions

Requirements

  • Sales experience or resourcing experience in recruitment
  • Experience in recruitment as a 360-recruitment consultant is desirable but not essential
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills to attract candidates and clients
  • A bubbly and confident individual who is a target driven and goal orientated
  • Knowledge of the SEN sector is preferable but not essential
  • Full Driving License
