Recruitment Consultant

This role is ideal for a recruiter or sales professional based in Perth or Brisbane looking to grow into executive search. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment assignments, engage directly with clients and candidates, and leverage AI tools to streamline delivery. This is a flexible role where you will work fully from home 25-38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, managing your own schedule around client and candidate needs.
