We’re looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant who wants the freedom to build and run a successful desk, develop long-term client relationships and be trusted to do what they do best. Requirements
A minimum of 4 years’ experience within a 360-consultant role, for an agency
Quantifiable success throughout their recruitment career
Resilience in building and developing new client relationships
A genuine passion for recruitment, as a long-term career
Strong communication, literacy and organisational skills
A desire to earn beyond a basic salary and continuously develop their desk
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
