Recruitment Consultant

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from client acquisition and candidate sourcing to interview preparation, offer negotiation, and post-placement support
• Proactively generate new business opportunities by building strong, lasting relationships with schools and educational institutions across the designated territory
• Source, screen, interview, and onboard high-quality education professionals, ensuring compliance with all safeguarding and quality standards
• Develop a deep understanding of the local education market trends, pay rates, and competitor activities to provide expert advice to both clients and candidates
• Work towards and exceed both financial and activity-based targets

• Previous experience in recruitment (any sector) or a sales/account management role is highly desirable
• Experience within the education sector is a bonus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• A proactive, resilient, and highly self-motivated approach with a desire to succeed in a target-driven environment
• Must hold a full, valid UK driving license and have access to a reliable vehicle
• Must be able to reliably commute to and work from our Woodingdean office in Brighton
