Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent
Screen candidates through interviews and assessments to evaluate their suitability for specific roles
Facilitate interviews between candidates and clients, providing guidance and support throughout the process
Negotiate offers and manage the placement process to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to drive business growth and foster long-term partnerships

Requirements:

No prior experience required
fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Alternatively, candidates with sales experience are encouraged to apply
