Requirements

Minimum of five (5) years of experience serving as a general manager, managing director, vice president of operations, or in a comparable senior leadership role within a luxury, lifestyle, or mixed-use hospitality environment
Extensive experience overseeing multi-department operations in a high-rise or full-service hotel environment
Strong financial skills including P&L oversight, forecasting, and revenue strategy
Proven success in luxury service leadership and team development
