We're looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our Private Equity Portfolio Practice. You'll join a team of 2 who are specialists in recruiting CFOs and senior finance professionals into PE-backed portfolio companies. This is a growing team with huge aspirations, and we're looking for someone who can match our enthusiasm and professionalism. Our team operates a soup-to-nuts model in which Consultants are exposed to client- and candidate-related work, managing the entire recruitment life cycle.

  • Studying MMEL dispatch conditions or deviations to permit the maximum flexibility for operators
  • Assessing safety events and technical issues to propose flight crew recommendations and alternative procedures
  • Using the configuration criterion of Airbus aircraft to deliver appropriate content to operators

  • Answering operator queries on technical subjects about flight operations
