Job Description

Life Sciences is one of the fastest-growing industries in Greece - and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with it. As a Recruitment Consultant in our Life Sciences team, you become the connector between scientific talent and the companies shaping the future of healthcare. You'll build your market through business development, client meetings, negotiations, and advisory conversations with decision-makers across pharma, biotech, medical devices, CROs, diagnostics, and healthcare services. In parallel, you'll manage the talent side of the equation—spotting high-potential candidates, steering them through strategic career conversations, and delivering full recruitment cycles that secure top Life Sciences talent for both your clients and our broader portfolio. If you're the kind of person who enjoys competing, persuading, building relationships, and turning opportunities into revenue… you will excel here. This is not a support role. It's a commercial career path where your voice, your strategic instinct, and your ability to influence outcomes directly shape your results, and your growth potential.

Job Responsibility

  • Map and shape your market — identifying business opportunities and tracking trends across pharma, biotech, medical devices, CROs, diagnostics, and healthcare
  • Build and grow a high-value client portfolio through targeted outreach, meetings, pitches, and strategic advisory conversations
  • Lead the full commercial cycle — from proposal development and fee negotiation to offer management and final sign-off
  • Develop a strong personal brand that attracts interest from clients and positions you as a trusted Life Sciences advisor
  • Drive revenue growth by aligning client needs with the right talent solutions and continuously expanding your market footprint
  • Source, screen, interview, and assess scientific and technical professionals across the Life Sciences spectrum
  • Advise and guide candidates through strategic career decisions with clarity and commercial insight
  • Match high-calibre talent to opportunities within the Life Sciences portfolio, ensuring both speed and quality of delivery
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to anticipate client demand and accelerate recruitment cycles
  • Represent Randstad with credibility and confidence, creating a trusted experience that strengthens long-term candidate relationships

Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience in Talent Acquisition or Business Development
  • Strong communication instincts
  • Commercial mindset
  • Drive to achieve targets
  • Natural confidence speaking with stakeholders at all levels
  • Curiosity about the Life Sciences sector
  • The discipline to stay organized and own your outcomes
  • And you should want a career where your performance actually moves you forward
  • Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience in a healthcare, life sciences, medical, or clinical environment, with the ability to identify high-impact talent quickly and confidently
  • the drive to excel in a commercial, target-driven role where results and relationships shape your success
  • A strong record in sales, business development, or account management, consistently outperforming targets and winning complex deals
  • Exposure to Life Sciences, healthcare, pharma services, diagnostics, or related sectors that gives you a commercial advantage
  • the motivation to excel in a people-focused sales cycle where trust, empathy, and credibility matter as much as performance
  • Thrives in competitive, target-driven environments and delivers results under pressure
  • Communicates with clarity and influence — able to negotiate, persuade, and build trust with stakeholders at every level
  • Holds a bachelor's degree (Business, Economics, Biology, Chemistry, or similar preferred) and brings the discipline to grow continuously
