Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • 2+ years as an agency recruiter, focused on contract roles within the IT industry
  • Passion for business development and winning new contract clients
  • Strong negotiation skills and proven track record in closing contractor deals
  • Contractor Clients that you can work with straight away and a targeted list of companies you want to target in the next six months
  • Proven ability to forecast accurately on contract revenue generation
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and ambitious plans to scale
