Job Responsibility

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for temporary and day-to-day staffing
  • Develop new business opportunities and grow your client portfolio
  • Build long-term relationships with schools and education leaders
  • Source, attract, and place high-quality candidates
  • Conduct client meetings, school visits, and candidate interviews
  • Deliver exceptional service that generates repeat business and referrals

Requirements

  • Sales, recruitment, or business development experience
